Google Beta Tests Lead Form Extensions – But Not For The Auto Industry
We’ve seen buzz around the Internet about Google Adword’s beta test of the lead form extension. Essentially, what it will do is add a plus box next to the top ranked search ad, that when clicked opens a lead form that a customer can fill out instead of actually clicking on the ad itself. However, we’ve also heard that they aren’t currently testing it for the auto industry and that the Google Adwords automotive team was battling to get the beta test.
Honestly, I can’t imagine an industry that does more paid search and could use the lead form extension more.
